Beth is a seasoned clinical research professional who has held multiple roles across all types of organizations (sites, CROs, sponsors, service providers) throughout her 40-year career. She has passionately pursued opportunities to optimize the clinical trial process, accelerate patient enrollment, enhance sponsor/site relationships and to build the competency of the clinical trial workforce. She is the President of Clinical Performance Partners, Inc., and Senior Research Analyst for the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development (CSDD). Beth received her B. S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas.

Dr. Otis Johnson is a distinguished figure in clinical research and a passionate health equity advocate. His career began with a transformative 13-year tenure in scientific and operational roles at Merck, followed by executive roles at Syneos Health, ICON and Clario. Dr. Johnson is recognized as a PharmaVoice 100 most inspiring industry leader and has received several awards for his work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including the 2024 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s (HBA) Honorable Mentor Award. Currently, he is the Co-founder of Trial Equity, aiming to improve representation in clinical trials to ensure that medicines are safe and effective for all.
Len Rosenberg, PhD, RPh

Dr. Rosenberg is a 35 plus year executive with proven experience in driving operational excellence at all levels within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, eclinical and contract research organization sectors. With his diverse background which includes executive management, clinical and regulatory operations, business development, eclinical technology solutions and new product/licensing evaluations, he brings tremendous hands on insights to optimizing the drug development cycle, from the early start-up stage to global product registration. Dr. Rosenberg is Head, Clinical Operations at Beat AML, LLC, a division of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and also Managing Partner of eP2Consulting, Inc. since 2001. Dr. Rosenberg received his Ph.D., from the Kellogg Pharmaceutical Clinical Scientist Program, University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy and his Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.
